Problem with Plot multi xy .

In the below code i want to display x axis as time scale according to my application .  

here when i have only 1hour readings i am able to manage correctly 

When i have more than 1 hour reading it is displaying as 0.00 to 0.99 . As i am doing with respect to time scale i want to display only till 0.00 to 0.59 is this possible .

It is possible to display 0.00 to 0.59 by using Saclling Factor (Multiplier and offset) of the x axis
