I don't know if this will be useful for you anymore, but I installed LV and DAQmxBase v1.4 on a Linux box and built a dll out of your VI. There were 2 steps I had to take in order to make this work.
1) For version 1.4 I had to follow the directions in
this KB.
I'm not sure if this was necessary since we are not building an executable, but I did it to be on the safe side.
2) Before changning the Build Target from EXE to DLL, go to the Application Settings tab and uncheck "Disconnect type definitions and remove unused polymorphic VI instances"
I've posted the files on our ftp site (ftp.ni.com/outgoing) with the name Zukero.tar).
