Problem connecting to Labquest

Hi,

 

I have a problem connecting Labquest to Labview. 

 

The Labquest is connected through USB 2.0 to the computer. While the Labview examples from the Vernier Labquest website work well, my program does not detect Labquest. I have installed the NI-VISA Driver and I still get an error code -1073807343 from the Serial Port Driver. Am I missing any other drivers?

That error states:  VISA:  (Hex 0xBFFF0011) Insufficient location information or the device or resource is not present in the system.

 

Sounds like you are using the wrong serial port.
