Problem Configuring PXI-8145 RT with PXI-7813R (FPGA)

Hi,

The FPGA module is recognized correctly when using a MXI-4 board as the interface.  When the RT controller is used as the interface, the PXI system shows up under Remote Systems-->RT Controller-->Devices and Interfaces.  But the FPGA is not there; it lists slot #2 as being empty.  This is my first time using a RT module so I'm unfamiliar with its intricacies.  Is there a step I could be missing?  I have the both the real-time module and fpga module software installed, as well as labview 8.2.1.  Thanks.

Hi Joe,

What version of NI-RIO do you have installed on your PXI-8140RT?  To determine this, go to your RT target in MAX and right-click on the software section and select Add/remove.  A popup window will display what software is installed.
