If the screen you want to print is a VI front panel you created, then you can pass everything you want to print to a subvi, set the subvi to Print at Completion.
If your vi is only part of the screen, you've to capture the whole screen first. (Let me know if this is the case. I can help you). Then display the captured image on a subvi, set the subvi to Print at Completion.
