Print report does not work

Print report does not work

When I use the "print report" function it works fine with "Jaws pdf Creator" and Fineprint but with HP Deskjet.
When I use the Hardware Printer the printer symbol doesn't appear in my taskbar.
Why does it works with all virtual printers but hardware printer?
