Print Window printing blank pages

I have seen variations on this question, but none of the solutions seem to help.  I have a vi project that I have created an application from.  Within the project I can print by using File->Print and get either the complete front panel or the visible front panel.  A few of my vis all the sudden had an issue with printing from the application using File->Print Window.  It was printing half of the vi window.  I played around with some of the settings and got 3 out of 4 to print by putting in custom margins of 1 inch all around.  The final vi is still only printing a blank screen, no matter what the settings are, but using File->Print it prints out fine.  What is the difference between the File->Print and Print Window options?  Has anyone else seen this problem?  By the way, my printing options are set to standard printing.

I saw that in version 8.5 printing blank pages from the vi documentation is fixed, but is this part of that problem as well?  I really don't want to spend the money on 8.5 if it isn't going to fix this problem.

Thanks for any help anyone can offer!

Hi rb6783,

To answer your question, the difference between Print and Print Window is that the first one allows you to print the front panel of the VI and the block diagram as well, while Print Window is only for printing the front panel. If you want, you can post your VI's and I will test it here for you.
