I have a PXIe-8431 RS-485 card that I currently configure in MAX under the advance tab for 2 Wire Auto. I wish to do this pragmatically and I am having trouble finding the function to do so in Labview. Has anyone come across this before?

Programmatically. Not Pragmatically.
There is a property node for that.
