Power supply control

Hi, everyone I want to control Elektro-Automatik Power supply to set 178V and 18 A current for 30 min

and I downloaded some zip file from the same website but the Vi is locked and I don't know how to unlock it.

I Can't share zip file because it is more than 10MB so i am sharing link where you can download for reference.

Any how i attached some pdf instruction.

Power Supply: EA-PSI 9360-40, 0 to 360v, 0 to 40 A, 0 to 5K W.

Voltage set 100vV

Current Set 16A

I am using 4 similar Power Supply. FOR 30 min it should maintain it and read output.

for this I downloaded this zip file.

Hi,

there is a support email address given in the installation manual, so why don't you ask the supplier of this ZIP?

Why do you need to unlock VIs?

Best regards,
GerdW

I did the control of an EA power supply just lately. The supplier's driver is  32bit. So if you are on 32 bit LabVIEW you should be fine by reading the instructions. I am on 64 bit so I had to refer to their SCPI documentation.

When I tried to save for previous version it is asking the password. One scan devices vi is not running in my LabVIEW 2018.

It is running in LabVIEW 22 or above.

The VI's link to DLL's that need to be installed in the expexted location. This is probably not the case for your 22 issue or your 22 is 64 bit.

SCPI works without any DLL, but will be more work.

Did you check the manufacturer website for the scpi command list?
