Possible digitization bandwidth issue [Need help identifying what this is]

I am aquiring a current signal 100 kHz on a USB 6212 daq. When i zoom in to my data, I'm observing the phenomena below. I'm suspecting a digitization issue? Has anyone come across this, and 1) have any idea what it is 2) how to mitigate/elimiate this?

Hello

As you can see in the specification datasheet this device has a sample rate for a single channel of 400 kS/s and if you use multiple channel is lower of 400kS/s. Just to verify how many Analog input are you acquiring in that moment.

On the other hand have you tried to use Test Panel in NI MAX just to verify if you can see the same result?  http://www.ni.com/tutorial/4638/en/

What is the form of that signal that you expect?
