Ports and protocols used for updating Labview2023 Q1

Hi All, I'm trying to find out which Ports and which Protocols are used when the software is updating, but cannot find this info on the site, can anyone help with this,

I don't have the answer, but I think a firewall program might help.  I've been using TinyWall lately.  It is a free program that blocks all internet traffic, then shows you the list of programs that have been trying to get out.  You can then unblock them one at a time.  I'm unsure if it will display the protocol or port used, or if it is just the application.
