Polar plot with legend points

I can put one Polar Plot with legend in points?

Case:
I have magnitude and phase arrays for build polar plot and i want put rotation legend in each point of measurement. Then we have 3 arrays (magnitude, phase and rotation), but rotation need stay like legend for each point.

Somebody already do it?

thx for tip.

Thanks for tip unclebump,

but i need something like attached figure (sorry by quality - I did with mspaint).

For understand the figure look for a motor in starter, the vibration magnitude increase until ressonance and after decrease (circles in your example - magnitude value), we have phase of event in axis and in each point of measurement the rotations in moment.

Example: In figure, ressonance occur in 60 RPMs.

If you will have other tip for me, very thx.

If you are using labview 8 or higher, try using graph annotations.

The picture control has some functions that let you draw text anywhere in the image.

Post your vi and some sample data.

Unclebump,

i do one simple modification to be possible add rotation value to image, isn't better solution but i think that i'm near to solution way. Look these VIs, Re-link is necessary.

I can't look at them, I'm still using 7.0.

The polar plot you are looking for is a standard rotating machinery vibration polar plot.  I have attached a screen shot.

This is included in the order analysis toolset

The Order Analysis Toolset works with LabVIEW 7.0 and later.

pages 56 and 57 of the OAT user manual provide more details

Hi unclebump,

I modified your vi to superimpose polar plots from user input data set. Unfortunately, the front panel will not display any plots after the modification. Can you provide some guidance on using your example? Also, the vi only allows 3 plots to be superimposed on the front panel, is there anyway to increase the # of plots allowed?

Thanks!

Attached is the modifed vi and sample data set.
