Hello everyone.
I was thinking if there is a possibility of plotting a covrainace matrix after curve fitting on a intensity graph?
If so, then how can the covariance matrix obtained after a fitting procedure involving 4 variables be plotted on the intensity graph. Perhaps the noble signal processing guys can send me in the right direction regarding this.
cheers,

I don't understand why you would want to graph the covariance matrix. Seems pointless.
What kind of fitting are you doing? For example the nonlinear curve fit outputs the covariance matrix directly, so just wire it to an intensity graph. (You might want to set the Z axis to logarithmic mapping.)
