What is your issue?
Do you want to know what kind of graph to use? That depends on the data you have. Do you want to know how to use the graphs? Look at the examples that ship with LabVIEW.

There are many options, depending on how you want it to look like and you did not tell us yet.
An intensity graph seems the natural choice here. You get an "image" with 4x25 squares and the color of each will indicate the value. (Use a suitable color ramp).
