Hi every one,
I tried to find the time delay between two acoustic signals which are recorded from 2 microphones, the noise source is put in the middle area and the time delay will be found based on cross correlation method. I used LabView but not sure about the time delay obtained, it seems too big while the length of each signal is 40 seconds.
Could everyone help me to find it ? I look foward from your help. Thanks a lot.
Here are some files attached:
Mic1.wav (signal from microphone 1) : https://www.dropbox.com/s/xlx2z7ogmci9d3d/mic1.wav
Mic2.wav (signal form microphone 2) : https://www.dropbox.com/s/wz0hfgyl8arzfyl/mic2.wav
test.vi (File I made in LabView) : https://www.dropbox.com/s/j4zjqbwsytny4mc/test.vi

Would like to know, what is the device used for capturing/measuring the microphone signals. Both the microphone signals must be simultaneously sampled. What is the sampling rate?
Can you also share your file in NI forum itself? I cannot access the dropbox from my company.
Thanks,
Vijay
