Please help!..Conversion from LV 7.1 to 7.0

Hi..I have LabVIEW 7.0 only. I downloaded a few files from the Ni website. But they are not opening. It says load error..file version(7.1.1) is higher than my version(7.0). I can't load any of the library files or the vi's though I can see them in the palletes.Can somebody please help and convert these into version 7.0.  🙂

Also. how can I make a vi tree of these library files and vi's. I can't even load them now.

I trie dto save it for 7.0, but it cant save the VIs fro mVI.lib folder to a lower version unless & unti lit is installed in the PC.

So, you ve to contact someone @ NI, I think...

Try with this. I can open all examples with 7.0 but I didn't test them.

Is LV 7.0 needed to be in the PC to convert all the VIs [including that in the VI.lib] to 7.0?

Or, did I miss something while converting?

I'm not sure but I don't think so. If the vi's are actually in the vi.lib, they will be correctly linked once opened with 7.0.
I also had a warning about one vi that could not be converted (Peak detector.vi, if I correctly remember), but apparently this didn't give rise to troubles.
