When connecting to a remote front panel on a cFP2220 controller i periodically get this error message :
Remote Panel Protocol Version Incompatible
please see screenshoot 1.
Normal operation looks like indiated in screenshoot2.
I have to stress that this error message is periodic. Pressing reload on the browser usually solves the problem. After reloding 2-3 times, the error message stops showing.
Also, I periodically get the error message in screenshoot3, even though no clients are connected to the target.

The error code 1344 - The remote panel protocol version is incompatible. The client and server computers must be running the same version of LabVIEW. If you are using a browser to view and control a remote front panel, you must use a version of the LabVIEW Run-Time Engine compatible with the version of LabVIEW on the server computer. Also, be sure and contact the server administrator and have them make sure that the HTML document specifies the correct version of the LabVIEW Run-Time Engine.

Thanks for your responce, but this is not a version conflict - at least not the type that you suggest 😉
I specifically let one PC automatically download the ActiveX plugin needed on its first connection, on another PC I have Prof Dev. Ed. LV2009SP1 installed and this also gave the same type of error message ("Remote Panel Protocol Version Incompatible"). Please also notice that this error is periodic and that most of the time - especially after clicking refresh a few times - it works without any problems.

You've purchased the enough licenses for remote panel?

Yes. I have a prof. dev. licence with 5 remote licenses. Each cFP 2220 additionally comes with a remote panel license.
