I wonder how to measuring power parameters such as : Voltage, Current, Power Factor using Pzem-004T to MyRio-1900.

So what don't you understand "about the code"?

Do you have problems with LabVIEW in general? Then you should learn LabVIEW: the self-paced courses are available for free right now!

Do you have specific problems? Then why don't you ask about them?
