PDA Module_File/Directory Info.vi incorrectly updates last mod after a read

I've am getting an unsual result when I us the File/Directory Info.vi on my PDA (Pocket PC 2003)

When I run the attached VI on my PC the Date and time of Last Mod before the read and After the read are the same value.

When I run the attached VI on my PDA the Date and Time of Last Mod are different values.

Am I thinking about this the wrong way or is there something wrong with the VI.

Do you have any suggestions for a workaround?

I was trying to verify that a files content had changed by looking at the last modification time.

I apologize but I don't have a workaround right now. I have filed a Corrective Action Request (474F04GF) with the R&D department. I will let you know as soon as I get an update from them.

Hi Eric,

Like I mentioned before, this was reported to R&D (# 474F04GF) for further investigation and will be fixed in the next maintenance release or upgraded version of LabVIEW.

Hi Eric,

I am not sure when the next release will come out. If you have SSP, you will get an alert email.
