I'm using labview 7.1 with PDA module 7.1 which now has Bluetooth vi's available. I'm trying to determine if you can connect directly from the PDA to a bluetooth service through labview.
All of the examples seem to indicate you need a 3rd party bluetooth server/manager in the picture to act like a traffic cop for connections. I'm trying to avoid this.
I know my PDA can connect to my service (bluetooth port on datalogger) directly, but I can't seem to be able to do this via labview. Does anyone know if this is possible without having to have a 3rd party machine acting as a bluetooth manager?
I just want to use labview to open the bluetooth port and connect to my bluetooth datalogger without any other machine
involved. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
