PCI-DAS1602/16 problems

Hello,
I want to output an analog signal, and then I want to acquire it by one
of the two analog inputs of the board by using AInScBG.VI,AinScFg.vi,AoutSCFG.vi,AoutBG.vi.
Could you tell me a way of using two of those VI's simultaneously?
