PCI 4301

We installed Interface PCI 4301 to computer(WindowXP) but Labview2009 SP1 can not detect drive.

If anyone know answer, please inform me.

Hi Kim,

 

I'm going to need a little more information in order to determine what may be going on here:

 

1) Can you see your port in NI Measurement and Automation Explorer?

 

2) If not, can you see it in Windows Device Manager?

 

Also, just to clarify- is it the PCI card you are trying to identify, or an instrument you have connected to it?

We can see PCI 4301 at window device manager but we can not see PCI 4301 at NI Measurement and Automation Explorer.

Hi Kim,

 

It seems like you may need to install drivers for your GPIB card, the most recent version of our 488.2 drivers can be found here:

 

http://joule.ni.com/nidu/cds/view/p/id/2706/lang/en

 

Let me know if that does not work.
