OpenG Package Releases

Several packages were revised to fix an issue that was causing the dynamicpallette (OpenG Dynamic Palette View) package to not be installed as a required dependency. The dynamicpalette package is important because it creates the OpenG functions palette category and allows the OpenG libraries to be seen in the functions palette.
