Objects on tab control switched pages

Solved!

Sorry, you are correct. Don't know where my brain went. You cannot create a tab control with other controls on it. You would have to create an X control.

OK, so I'm done with tab controls until they work better.

What I don't like:

1.  Deleting a tab results in contents shifting to other tabs.

2.  Great difficulty in selecting the contents of the tab in the event that you want to move it.

Thanks all for your help.

You missed 1 drawback that I don't like about tab controls either.

When using a referance to an object on a tab the referance becomes invalid if the tab the control is on changes display state (to-from displayed).

Just a guess but it seems like switching tabs is really accomplished by LabVIEW internally changing the visible properties of the objects in the tabs.  Makes it a real headache when you want an AE to update a control on a tab since the AE can't just hold the refnum on a SR
