Not able to generate lvlibp when EXE file is created using Build.vi

I am dynamically creating the lvlibp by .exe file generated using Build.vi following is the error that notified. Kindly help me to resolve the issue.

Error Code : 7 and 

Source : Invoke Node in GetTargetBuildSpecs.vi->NI_App_Builder_API.lvlib:Build (path).vi->Create Packed Library.vi->Create Packed Library - Main.vi

Development Version

LabVIEW Version : 2012 (VI is attached for the reference)

Note:

The above code is working in the development mode and the path's are similar with exe and vi.
