Has anyone inplemented a solver simlilar to that in Excel that solves an
equation (pref. the result of an VI) in LV? I would be much obliged if I
could get a copy.

If you have LV5.1, it is included in the mathematics palette along
with ODE solvers, and lots lots more. If you don't have 5.1 yet,
it is available as an add-on toolkit called the G-Math toolkit.

You might check the 5.1 white paper. I didn't see a description of
the functions expanded, but if you can find a flier or promo item
for the G Math toolkit, it is virtually the same.

put the help file on the website, all we need to know is in there.
