Application installers built in LabVIEW 2025 on Windows seems to always install .Net 8 and it is new that a command window pops up during the install...
Is .Net always required (the application code itself does not use it) and if not how can it be removed? If it is always required it would still be nicer if the install was silent. Is there / what would be the correct way to at least hide the command window?
the .NET installation is required. However, the CMD window popping up during installation is a known issue. It is scheduled to be fixed in LabVIEW release Q3 2025.
