Hi there

Can you define "can't install"?

Are there any error messages, entries in the event history, blue screens etc..?

Best regards
chris

Kindly provide more information what is stopping you from installation

probably give info on the error that occur during installation.

Also let know what is the system configuration that you are trying to use for installation.

Sundar.

All these LabVIEW version should install without problems, so most likely the problem is on your end.

Are you installing from a CD or from a download?

  • Maybe the CD drive is damaged?
  • Maybe the download is corrupt?
  • Maybe you ran of of disk space?
  • Maybe you don't have administrator privileges?
  • Maybe you have a virus?
  • Do you have an activation code or are you trying evaluation mode? Could it be that the evaluation period has already expired?

What file??? Who is "it"??? (installer, unzipper, explorer, antivirus, etc.)

I asked before, so please be more specific:

Are you installing (1) from a CD, (2) from a downloaded install (if so, downloaded from where?), or (3) from a network location.

If you have downloaded the LabVIEW DVD from NI with internet explorer 7, the file will be corrupt due to limitations in IE.

See this link for details and workarounds.
