Naming Convention

I have looked everywhere on this website and cannot find what I am looking for.

What are the names that correspond to each number of posts, ie:

member, regular, trusted regular, zealot, etc......

Also, totally unrelated question.

What is the name of the following naming convention:

TheFirstLetterOfEachWordIsCapitalized

It is used in programming to name variables

By convention class names are usually written using camel notation (TheFirstLetterOfEachWordIsCapitalized).
