NIMAX VISA has error

install visa to a new PC , in NI-MAX found the error as the photo show ,

is it need to update the visa version to the newest ?

could any engineer give some suggestion?

i did no setup the same IP address for each equipment. i will uninstall drivers and install one by one to check if this error happen again.

Have you installed any other visa drivers other than NI-VISA in your system for example TEK VISA?

It might happen if you have installed multiple VISA drivers.

i installed MOXA pci serial ports extendtion. 

i have uninstalled all NI drivers and then install them again , it seems the error dispeared, i will double check again
