in NI9411 - is there any counter logic in encoder signal?

This does not contain any counters.

I read the data sheets earlier, and I couldnt found any counter logic either.

If you are using the 9411 with a CDAQ (the old version) then using slots 5 or 6 will allow you to use counters off the chassis. If you are using a CDAQ 2 (the new version), then any slot can be used as a counter. The 9411 itself does not contain any counters.
