NI sink blocks in Simulink

hii.. im using matlab and labview. based on the tutorial that i got from internet, when i want to link the simulink to labview, i have to add one block which is signal probe/ NI sink blocks. there are no blocks in my simulink page. how can i add this blocks. anyone can help me or experience on this?

I am facing problem with NI Sink Blocks in simulink. 

The lines

"Starting the SIT Server on Port 6011

 SIT Server started"  

don't appear when the matlab starts.

The NI SIT Block library is present in the simulink library but there is no NI block library ?

Does anybody know how to get this working ?
