Programming language I have used to communicate between the tester and Semics OPUS 3 prober is LabVIEW and Teststand using the accretech-GPIB Prober drivers from NI. While seeing the test flow between the Accretech prober and OPUS prober is different. Can we use different flow to communicate the prober? And few commands are different for both prober. So can we use the accretech-GPIB Prober NI drivers to communicate with Semics OPUS 3 prober?
