NI-VISA and Visual Studio .NET

What are National Instruments' plans for implementing NI-VISA with the .NET
Frameworks. I would like to use Visual Basic .NET as the development
language.

NI has a Microsoft Visual Studio .NET preview CD available. Please see http://amp.ni.com/niwc/mstudio/techdetails.jsp?node=3769 or search ni.com for ".NET Preview."

Allen,
Thank you for the information. Have you tried the Visual Studio .NET add-on.
How do you like it.
Gary

I am a LabVIEW specialist and do very little programming in other environments. We just took a quick look at the preview CD. My associate, who is heavily into .NET, hasn't actually used the new capabilities for a project but is pretty impressed with what he saw in the preview. The integration with the Visual Studio environment looks great and the tools for VISA, GPIB, Ethernet, etc. look very useful.
