NI-USB-6008 does not show up as a input device in LabView 2010.

Did you install the correct DAQmx drivers? I had this problem with the 6009 and I believe I had a corrupted MAX database. I'm not exactly sure what the problem was because my hard drive was having so many problems I bought a new one anyways. After reinstalling on that I had no problems. I'm not suggesting that that you buy a new hard drive! But I would look at the articles on NIs site about MAX database corruption.
