NI.UI.WindowsForms Gauge will not load

I am using a .Net Guage in NationalInstruments.UI.WindowsForms.  The guage initally displays fine and is present on mu GUI however it will not load when the program is run and after that the guage dissapears and in its place is the message "Control Could Not Be Loaded".  I have a .Net indicator from System.Windows.Forms that works fine.  Why will the NI guage not load?

I could load the Gauge control without any problems. What version of LabVIEW are you using and what operating system? Have you tried loading any of the other NationalInstruments.UI.WindowsForms to see if they work?
