NI TCP Service

I have an NI TCP 2006 touch panel running OS CE. NET 420 v1.31-EN-Build.  The CPU type is ARM-ARM920T.  I recently installed the NI TCP Service on it's hard drive to communicate through the TCP connection rather then ActiveSync.  When I run the NI TCP service manager, it tells me "Failed to start, try a different port number". The port number now is set to 3580.  What port number can I try and how do I enter the new port number.  When I highlight that field, the virtual keyboard doesn't pop-up.

Good Evening Steve,

Any unused port number should work.  With that said, so should 3580.  Have you tried disabling any firewall(s) you have on that PC?

In addition to highlighting the field, have you clicked the keyboard soft button in the bottom right corner of the screen?
