Anyone know if NI plans to provide Linux drivers for their PCI-CAN series of cards? I know of other CAN boards out there with Linux support but they're all ISA and PC104. I'd prefer to stick with NI hardware.
Please direct me to another news group for controller area networks if you know of any.
At this moment there isn't any plans to support NI-CAN in Linux. Right know the NI-CAN group is working on the just released driver. There are still a few things to get done before porting the driver on other platforms.
