I am trying to detect cRIO 9049 on NI-Max. Here is the SW environment
OS: Windows 10 64-bit
LabVIEW 2019 f2
FPGA 19.0.0
Real-Time 19.0.0
CompactRIO 19.0.0
I went through Troubleshoot Remote System Discovery and found the IP address. Even though NI Max says in initial screen that all SW dependencies are OK, in the end it says device is not supported by drivers. Thoughts?

I installed some updates from NI Package Manager and most of these at least seem decoupled but somehow that fixed the issue.
I wish NI would show dependencies a bit deeper and point out what is not installed when a cRIO or a hardware is not detected by NI MAX.

Your post didn't say this.
But it seems to me that when you ran NI Package Manager, you didn't install "updates". You actually found and installed the cRIO device drivers.

Hi there
I would like to follow up this question. I have nearly the same problem with my cRio-9049 which doesn't show up on MAX Remote Systems. I read and tried the steps of various troubleshooting guides but it didn't worked.
Info to some of these steps:
- IP Adress of cRIO is 172.22.11.2
- It responds to a Ping
- It shows up in MAX under Devices and Interfaces, but not on Remote Systems
- I reinstalled all the software including drivers several times
- Updates are done
Following settings:
It would be very nice if you could help me. I try to do it already for several days. As an additional information - the cRio was used last time 2019 - is it may possible that the cRio s/w isn't compatible with the current driver or else?
Thank's a lot 🙂
