NI-IMAQdx cannot recognize firewire camera

Hi, 

I have a firewire connected CCD camera which I installed and works fine with the manufacturer software. 

However, I am not sure if it is compatible with NI-IMAQdx, as when im trying to see it in MAX, it doesnt appear anywhere.

However, MAX detects correctly a previously installed USB camera (uc480).

Is it something I can do to solve this problem?
