NI GOOP Development Suite Installation Error

Hello

I was trying to install NI GOOP development suite ( which works for all operating system and labview >= 2014 ) from VIPM and am continuously getting this error 8 (  attached image ) which is not allowing it to continue installation. Can anyone please help with this ( I am running it as administrator ).

*Currently running Labview 2017( 32 bit ) and windows 10 OS

You might post something on the VIPM site or jki.net.  They should be in a position to suggest the meaning of the Error Message you received.

Akshay07,

I would also follow similar steps to those listed in this document: VI Package Manager (VIPM) Can't Connect to LabVIEW. Even though it's not the same problem, from the error message it seems to be with a file which maybe requires additional permissions.

I would:

1. Try with the administrator account of the computer (if not using this profile already)
2. Run the VIPM as Administrator.
3. Check in LabVIEW that there are no permissions set wrong
4. Try with another computer and see if it fails the same way.
