NI Device drivers for Windows 7 64 bit operation system

I downloaded NI Device drivers Feb. 2012 version. When I ran it, there was an error message pop-up, "\dcd_feb12_1.exe is not a valid Win32 application." My computer has Windows 7, 64bit operation system. I called help desk and I was told that it should be compatible with 64bits machine. So, would you please give me an advice? Thanks.

I have had problems downloading from NI's site due to company firewalls.  This is the likely culprit.

I already downloaded dcd_feb12_1.exe(5.14G) and dcd_feb12_2.ext(802MB) on my local machine, and I just cannot install them due to my computer with 64 bits operation system (the IT person was helping me to install this) . So, any idea? Thanks.

I'm telling you that it is very likely the downloaded files are corrupted and therefore will not run.  Everytime I saw that, I found it was due to the company firewall.

If you don't have the install DVDs, I recommend getting a hold of your local NI representative to see if they can hook you up with some discs.
