Hello, I am a grad student, and I got a problem.
Recently, I got my NI 9213 DAQ's measurement all shifted -20deg C, without touching any settings.
I have another 9213, and it measures temperature without any problem.
I think my daq got problem with some peak voltage, because my experimental setup generates some corona discharge.
However, metal plate was grounded properly, and the thermocouples were not touching the metal plate.
Is there any possible way to handle this(like resetting) or any experiences of similar problem?
Thank you in advance.

Send your module to NI for (re)calibration service…

you mentioned thermocouples...
If the cold (or reference) junction reports a wrong temperatur (zero instead of 'room temperature') you get all TC measurements shifted.
So my first check would be the CJ .. a it's buildin .. try MAX to check.
