NI 9209 scan engine

I just got a NI 9209 crio module and went to add it in to my project and got an error that it is not compatible with Scan Engine.  I can't find anywhere online that indicates that.  Is it true, or do I need to add it differently?

Are you using a 9144 Chassis?

It sounds like it might be a software issue from your description. The best link I would suggest is https://www.ni.com/en/support/documentation/compatibility/09/software-support-for-compactrio--compac... . I would verify that you are using LabVIEW 2015 SP1 Real-Time module which is the minimal software required for the NI 9209.
