I have NI 1095 chassis installed wth my Dell Precision 7920 Tower PC. The chassis has 8381 and pc has 8383 PCIe connectivity cards both connected with a MXI Cable gen 2. The connectivity card in pc is installed in PCIe slot 2. My LabVIEW application is running on an NVMe 256 GB SSD which is installed in slot 1. The chassis has one NI GPS 6683H and one NI 5785 Transceiver card installed.
Unfortunately, after every 2/3 hours, the connectivity between the pc and chassis breaks throwing a MAXVISATimeoutError when I open MAX where instead of the chassis, now I see Rio 0 and long address. Although the cards are listed in max but since chassis isn't, I need to restart pc.
I have tried multiple configurations. In bios, I have set C states to off, Fans to max, ASPM setting to off, virtualization to off, PCIe link speed to Gen 2 among others. I have completely uninstalled and then reinstalled NI LabVIEW 2021, swapped pc, cable and chassis but to no awail

This really does not sound like a LabVIEW problem. I can move it to one of the hardware forums once you decide where it should go.

Apologies, this was my first attempt at NI Forum. I will be obliged if you could re route it to a more apt forum
