N_Gmath.lvlib not properly licensed in LV2020Base?

I'm importing some existing VIs to LV2020 Base Development System, and they're not functioning because of dependences on subVIs in the Gmath library. I will probably encounter other such library dependences.

Are these libraries licensed in Base? How do I activate them if so?

Which version will allow activation of these libraries?
