MySQL Insert Function Yields "-2147217900" error code

Hello All,

    I've been struggling to figure out what could be the issue with how I'm going about inserting data to my data-table. Attached is a photo of my code along with the necessary table information and error display. Let me know if there are any glaring issues...

Whoops! Turns out I named a few of the columns incorrectly (used spaces instead of underscores). Now the mysql insert fuction works correctly...
