Can FPGA Module 8.0 and FPGA Module 8.2 be installed on the same computer?

Yes, but you'll need multiple versions of LabVIEW.  FPGA Module 8.0 is for LabVIEW 8.0, FPGA Module 8.2 is for LabVIEW 8.2, etc.
