Missing subVI in Actimetrics FreezeFrame2 software, PCI-1409 card, Windows 7

I am attempting to install FreezeFrame 2 (http://actimetrics.com/products/freezeframe/) onto Windows 7 OS from a Windows XP computer.

In accordance with installation instructions, I installed the following software on Windows 7 (this is what is installed on XP computer; works perfectly)

NI LabView Run-Time Engine 7.0

NI LabView Run-Time Engine 7.1

NI Measurement & Automation Explorer 3.1.1

NI-IMAQ 3.1.3

The hardware I am using is a PCI-1409 card.

Windows 7 can read the PCI card and it does appear on NI-IMAX. However, when attempting to open my program (FreezeFrame2) I get the following error message (attached as GIF).

Does anyone have any ideas on how to address this problem?

Thank you

Your link returns an error.

The LabVIEW runtimes and the IMAQ driver are not supported on Windows 7.

It seems very silly to post a distorted image you've taken with a camera instead of simply taking a screen shot.
