What is "micromanager.net"?

I assume that you want to interface to that micromanager via .NET. The first question is: Does micromanager have an exported visual interface?

If yes, you can add it INTO a .NET container which is shown in your screenshot.

If no, you have to interface programmatically which means you require a constructor node on the block diagram...

You can try using tools-->Import --> .NET Controls to Palette..

Then you may need to use Tools--> Advanced --> Edit Palette set to customize the palette

I tried the option

Tools>Import>.NET controls to palette

When I click browse I cannot find an option 'micromanager.net.dll'.

Do I have to install anything for that?

This does not seem to be part of LabVIEW.  A Web search leads to something called MicroManager.org.  Check it out.
